By adding Yochiyo Hub to your Discord server, or by using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Be at least 13 years of age (in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service).
• Have a valid and active Discord account.
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.

• Manage and moderate your Discord server using its administrative features.
• Engage your community through giveaways, streaks, and interactive commands.
• Automate server tasks such as role assignment and message filtering.

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Spam commands or deliberately abuse the bot.
• Attempt to exploit or reverse-engineer the bot's functionality.
• Use the bot for illegal activity: scamming, phishing, distributing malware, or fraud.
• Distribute content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit.

• You are responsible for how the bot is configured within your server.
• Grant only the minimum permissions necessary.
• Ensure compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and applicable laws.

• Copy, redistribute, or resell the bot or its code without express written permission.
• Claim ownership of the bot or any of its components.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or credits.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block any user or server for violating these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
